Hello there! I'm Paris, a recent Ph.D. graduate in Finance and Business Economics from McMaster University - DeGroote School of Business in Canada. After studying Accounting during my bachelor's and master's degrees, I worked as a Financial Analyst in the Finance Department of Middleeast Bank in Iran before starting my academic journey.
I began my Ph.D. in Finance at McMaster University in September 2018 and successfully defended my dissertation in May 2024. During this time, I focused on Household Finance, Behavioral Finance, and Investments and Asset Pricing, which led to my doctoral research.
